Welcome to PhotoMe, a mobile and web-based AI photo editing service. By accessing or using our app or website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Overview

    PhotoMe allows users to upload 1–3 images and receive one AI-edited output. Features include:

    • Image enhancement
    • Hairstyle modifications
    • Photo restoration
    • Headshot generation
    • Custom prompt-based edits

    The app is available on iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

  2. Account Creation

    Users must create an account using email, Google, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

  3. User Content & Ownership

    You retain full ownership of the photos you upload. However, by uploading, you grant PhotoMe a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.

    You may delete your content or your entire account at any time via the settings screen.

  4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

    PhotoMe uses AI models (e.g., from Google) to generate edited images. The results may not always be accurate, realistic, or error-free.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Copyright or intellectual property issues related to uploaded or generated content
    • Misuse or misrepresentation of AI-generated images

  5. Free Trials & Subscriptions

    PhotoMe offers a limited number of free edits. Afterward, continued access requires a paid subscription, managed through Apple, Google, or RevenueCat. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.

    Users can cancel anytime via their App Store or Google Play settings. Refunds are handled by the respective app store platforms.

  6. Intellectual Property

    All branding, designs, and proprietary systems within PhotoMe remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without written consent.

  7. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    PhotoMe is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for:

    • Errors in AI-generated images
    • Loss or corruption of data
    • Delays or interruptions in service
    • Use of content in a way that violates local laws

  9. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of PhotoMe means you accept the latest version.
