3. Data Storage & Security

• Images are stored on Cloudflare R2
• Authentication is managed via Google, Apple, or secure email login
• Data is encrypted and protected by modern security protocols

4. AI & Third-Party Processing

We use AI models provided by Google to process your images. These models may temporarily access uploaded content for processing but do not retain or repurpose your images.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties.

5. User Controls

• Delete image(s): Available within the app at any time
• Delete account: Can be done from the settings screen
• No data resale: We don’t sell or share your personal data

6. Children’s Privacy

PhotoMe is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

7. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA-aligned)

Even though we are based in Jamaica, we strive to respect international privacy principles:

• You may request deletion of your data
• You may request access or correction of your stored data
• You may withdraw consent by deleting your account
